Fefe Life says, "This song is about daring to be yourself regardless of what others may think. Have no fear and no shame in the way you approach ur own path. It is a personal anthem for me about the shit I been through to realize all that . I have lived in several countries all over the world (the Jungles in LA, favelas in Rio, Buenos Aires, Paris) and worked with just about anything, all that to distract myself from my real path - music. I wrote this song when I decided that no longer would I live life in the comfort zone. I am hoping that people will feel empowered listening to this song as I honestly feel anything is possible , it only depends on our own minds and the boundaries we set for ourselves. The video is produced, directed and edited by me and shot by Kiva , I wanted to make it sensual and watery with snakes and colors."

Hot new song "Amnesia" by Derrty D

Hot new song "Amnesia" by Derrty D

Hot new song "Amnesia" by Derrty D

I'm really feeling this one! Derrty D drops a refreshing new hiphop groove titled "Amnesia". Amnesia, meaning sex so good that she don't remember shit in the morn lol. This is the type of song that has so many dope layers! The 1st thing you'll fall in love with is the soulfully sampled beat that sounds like old school R&B. Listen as D gives some pretty clever wordplay when describing his sex game. The punchlines are amazing and really engaging as he takes you down the rabbit hole. The cherry on top that ties everything together is the Notorious B.I.G sampled hook from the classic song "Dead Wrong". "Amnesia" may be a single from Derrty D's upcoming project. I guess you gotta just stay tuned to find out!

Marvelous Mir Releases New Song “North Korea”

This is far from just another rap song... This is a movement! Marvelous Mir releases a very powerful and thought provoking song called “North Korea”. On “North Korea”, Marvelous Mir delivered a historical gem that is as dope as it is educational! Marvelous Mir has an uncanny ability to open up his consciousness to the listener with a deep hip-hop flow and hook. The fresh violin, snare drum and heavy baseline give "North Korea" an amazing revolutionary vibe. This song comes at an extremely turbulent time when all of the world’s eyes are fixed on the hermit country’s growing nuclear capabilities. Listen as Marvelous Mir eloquently reports on the temperature of the people who have been trapped in this Communist country and of a dictator who rules with an iron fist.

Pleased by his original interests and his distinguishable poetry, many people are glad to learn that rap still has some magical spells that are truly worth listening to.”

Soulful R&B singer, Maraiika releases new song "Special (Radio Mix)"

Soulful R&B singer, Maraiika releases new song "Special (Radio Mix)"

Soulful R&B singer, Maraiika releases new song "Special (Radio Mix)"

Think back to the 1st time you heard Mary J or Keisha Cole. The voice, the talent, the look. More than that its the songwriting and their ability to tell their story of pain connects with the audience on a much greater level. Maraiika is that kind of artist.

On her new song "Special" she allows listeners in on a very personal story and shares her inner-most feelings. "Special" is a relationship song where she finds herself in the middle of a twisted love triangle. She can't sleep at nights, because the one she loves continues to play games with her. And to think, they could've been something "Special". Listen as Maraiika sings her heart out for the new single off her up coming EP. Stay tuned for the release date and follow Maraiika below! Visit se7enfigure.com

More about Maraiika~

"My name is Maraika Harris, I am from one of the hottest musical city’s, Toronto. My background is Jamaican and Guyanese. Since my father passing i have been living with my mother. I started dancing when i was 3 years old which lead me to enter a dance competition with kids that was 16 when i was 6. I always loved dancing but i fell in love with singing when i was 14. I did not know i could actually sing until people around me were insisting how much i should that this seriously. While attending St.Edmund Campion Secondary School at 16 I joined a club named “midi club” we did a miniature music video and preformed for the Dufferin-Peel faculty. That year really sparked my drive to sing and make my own music.Music has always been a huge part of my life.Music helped me through the toughtest points in my life and at the tender age of 15,many people began to tell me they loved my voice and believed i could make it far as i singer. i began to dabble in song writing and found releasing my feelings, concerns and aggressions on paper to be very therapeutic and i also found it inspiring to me that people that people my age could relate to my music and this is what has kept me going thus far."
