[LYRICS] MC DEMENTOR & DECORDHA ft CASSIDY- ZERO REASONS TO FAIL

[Lyrics]

MC Dementor & DJ Decordha ft Cassidy- Zero Reasons to Fail

Sometimes we make wrong decisions that affect us

When we need em, They reject us

They say don't push that music, cos I'm on

Don't let em take u down when I'm gone

I know u can fight, cos u strong

Don't let em take u down when I'm gone

Go for gold, Go like green

Never stop, Never seize

Haters can watch, they never gone see;

That u flying, cos u gone

Chorus

U got million reasons to win. (Million reasons to win 2x)

U got zero reasons to fail. (Zero reasons to fail 2x)

I got million reasons to win. (Million reasons to win 2x)

I got zero reasons to fail. (Zero reasons to fail 2x)

Cassidy Verse

We've seen sunny days and we've seen rain too

But whatever weather we get, we've got cedar to get

See Bein' broke is just something I could never forget

Now that I'm fly And I can buy shit I never could get

I spend cheddar on chicks, But I was never a trick

But most hoes rather have cash instead of the dick

See I was never of blood, I was never of crip

But I always been a gangsta, I was never a bitch

I don't think you ever heard a flow better than this

I'm so great I hold weight like a pregnant bitch, about to go in labor

Pro niggas know I'm major, No one can save ya

Cause when I write I make the pen in my hand melt

That's why I got the damn belt

U're too young to give up son, u were made for greatness

Go for greatness, And always remember that the only time u fail is when u give up

So go son, Go for greatness

U've got zero reasons to fail

"Some music critics as claim rapper Cassidy hasn't been somehow off the music scene for a while now although he's been dropping a couple of freestyles which he usually gains positive response from his fans. Some say when was the last time u heard a Cassidy hit at a party or on the radio since he released his hit single my drink and my two step a decade ago. Yes it's been a decade since Cassidy released a hit.

Meanwhile 2016 wasn't bad for the rapper as he been working hard for a comeback. In January 2017 he released a Mixtape, Da Barbarian and had great response of the global hip hop lovers and media as well.

You can tell rapper isn't playing this year as he follows up with another motivational banger, with upcoming Memphis duo MC Dementor and DJ Decordha. ZeroReasonsToFail, which is the title of the song became viral on YouTube with 550 k plays only in two weeks after release due to the motivational message behind the song.. The song tells how one must not give up but push till he reaches the top. Can Cassidy make it to billboard hot 100 again with this single.. Well let's wait and see if indeed he has zero reasons to fail."

Prodigy (RIP) Tribute Mix by DJ P1

RIP to Prodigy. Here is a quick 12 minute mix of some of his grimiest verses from his solo projects and ofcourse as half of Mobb Deep!

Brought to you on behalf of SIC Sundays as we continue to highlight the music of our hip hop heavyweights. RIP Prodigy! Your music lives forever.

DJ P1 says, "Prodigy has so many great and grimey quotables this mix was so much fun to make. I revisited a lot of joints that are just powerful. P's delivery and pure don't give af always come thru clear and you feel every word he spits! I tried to capture as much of this essence as i could in this short 12 minute mix. I'm sure i could have at least compiled an hour worth of Prodigy's verses but i hit some of my personal fav highlights. What's your favorite Prodigy song/verse?"

More info:
AdELA makes a strong comeback with “Love For You,” the first song from her forthcoming EP Dreamers & Thinkers, the follow up to her critically-acclaimed 2015 debut Off the Burner. Graced with an opening verse from Skyzoo, “Love For You” features the emcees paying homage to the things that matter most. The song is available on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and Spotify. Skyzoo acknowledges his ride or die companion, comparing their relationship to the lead characters in the 1990 film Mo’ Better Blues starring Denzel Washington and Joie Lee. “Could it get any Mo’ Better? / I’m Bleek Gilliam and my Indigo so set up / We from the clubs, the montclairs and Rolexes / By any means, we necessarily for whatever.”

On AdELA’s verse, she gives props to her parents, her crew, and her man. The skilled lyricist showcases her talent, rapping, “Riding ghost in the Roadster with my cosanostra / Toast to the friends / Hold it down like they supposed ta.”

Skyzoo and AdELA’s chemistry is comparable to male and female hip hop records from legendary teamings Mary J. Blige and Method Man, Jay Z and Foxy Brown and Notorious B.I.G. and Lil Kim. “‘Love For You’ is a feel good hip hop soul record,” AdELA explains. “Skyzoo and I had great timing in recording the song as he was taking off on an European tour. We were also fortunate enough to meet in New York to shoot the video. It has that classic Hip Hop/R&B collaboration feel to it between Skyzoo, myself and the soulful sound that C-Kay1, STREETRUNNER, and Tarik Azzouz bring to the table. Having a critically acclaimed lyricist like Skyzoo on the project, setting off my first single, is the perfect introduction to Dreamers & Thinkers."The “Love For You” video drops on May 30 and the Dreamers & Thinkers EP will go on pre-sale on July 4 and released on July 14 via AdELA Music/CREATE.Digital Music.

Dashius Clay drops a dope new song "Broke"

"Broke" is the setoff point to Dashius Clay's upcoming /PLTNM/ album due to release in the following weeks. With production by Ric&Thadeus, this track is nothing short of bad ass! The blend and vocal range Dashius has come to approach more music as of late with is always genius enough to make everything sound amazingly entertaining yet never taking away from its point. @DashiusClay

If you didn't know:

"With over 1 million downloads combined in the first 2 years of his releases, Dashius Clay has made waves on the music scene from the moment he stepped foot in it. The infamous red-bearded Cali, Colombia native was introduced to us in 2012 with the release of his “Black Shades At Night” EP, which was filled with remixes and new versions of Tiesto, Afrojack, Diplo, Chromeo, deadmau5, and many more notables. Dashius delivered an entirely new spin on EDM music with his features that garnered him instant recognition in the Electronic and Hip-Hop world. From effortless flow to edgy lyrics, Dashius is as electrifying to the ears as he is to the eyes."
